Guidelines
- Fan letters addressed to individuals who are not affiliated with our company (such as co-performers or related parties) cannot be accepted.
*Even if such letters are enclosed within mail addressed to our talent, we will not be able to deliver them.
- For security reasons, fan letters may be opened and inspected by staff in advance before being delivered to the talent.
- We do not accept in-person deliveries to the office (including dropping letters into the office mailbox). Please send all fan letters by postal mail.
- When sending a letter, please make sure to include your name and return address. For safety reasons, letters without a sender’s name or address may be discarded at the discretion of the office.
- Mail with insufficient postage or cash-on-delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
- Mail that is clearly determined to contain items other than letters cannot be accepted.
- Please send your letter using a standard envelope or regular postal envelope. Items sent in other formats (such as Letter Packs, parcel delivery, etc.) may be treated as gifts and returned.
- Please note that fan letters cannot be returned once received.
